About ModuleCo ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare Ltd is the UK’s leading specialist provider of fast-track healthcare facilities. Using the latest techniques in off-site construction we are able to deliver complex projects within tight timescales and often in very congested areas and restricted locations.

		We are totally dedicated to the provision of medical facilities. Our specialist experience has been acquired during the completion of 60 healthcare projects, all of a technically complex nature, to various NHS Trusts and other healthcare organisations in the UK and internationally. Each project has been successfully completed using modern methods of off-site construction.

We only use modern off-site (modular) construction as we believe that this method offers great advantages to the healthcare sector, including shorter build time, minimised disruption on hospital sites and improved quality control. Continually improving our systems and methods, we aim to maximise the off-site manufacturing and engineering processes.

		We have developed new systems that enable us to design and build permanent modular buildings that supersede traditional buildings in quality, speed, cost and flexibility. We have built up a dedicated healthcare team with skills and experience in design, project management, assembly supervision and quality control, site installation and commissioning. All focused on successful completion of complex healthcare building projects, using only off-site construction/factory build techniques.
