	ModuleCo's modular mortuary facilities are produced with a design life in excess of 60 years. The facility is built in the factory ensuring extremely high levels of quality and finish. The range of mortuary facilities that can be supplied includes body storage, pathology, autopsy / post mortem suites and disaster / recovery facilities.

The buildings incorporate an extremely robust structural frame with the option for either a suspended or concrete floor. All internal finishes are exceptionally hygienic and can be steam cleaned. The facilities are designed and built in accordance with HBN20 (Mortuary and Post Mortem Room) and HTM 2025 (Ventilation in Healthcare Premises) and other relevant standards.

		All units are of a bespoke design and offer flexibility in terms of power and servicing. They can be designed as self-powered units or connected into the local service infrastructure.
