About ModuleCo
We specialise in off-site built healthcare facilities delivering critical infrastructure to the NHS and private healthcare sector across the UK. We are the market leader in terms of quality of our products and are pioneers in our unique approach to construction. From operating theatres and wards to diagnostic facilities and CSSDs, our projects help healthcare organisations improve care and save lives.
We have delivered over 200 schemes, including more than 150 operating theatres, 40 hospital wards and 30 imaging suites and laboratories. Our team design and build the highest-quality modular healthcare buildings available.
Our approach to off-site construction goes further than any modular healthcare building provider. We complete up to 90% of the facility’s construction off-site, dramatically reducing the on-site programme duration, mitigating project risks and taking disruption away from your hospital campus. With over 15,000m2 of specialist manufacturing space, we are able to exercise close control over quality, health and safety and sustainability, as well as providing cost and programme certainty.
