Off-Site Construction Experts

Our approach to off-site construction goes beyond that of any other modular healthcare building provider. Up to 90% of each facility is constructed off-site, significantly reducing on-site programme duration, minimising disruption to your hospital campus, and mitigating project risks. With over 15,000m2 of dedicated manufacturing space, we maintain close control over quality, health and safety, and sustainability, while also delivering certainty in cost and programme.

HBN Compliant Design

Our isolation ward design complies with HBN 04-01 Supplement 1, WHBN 04-01 Supplement 2, HTM 03-01, World Health Organisation recommendations, and UK Government guidelines.

Modular ICU and isolation rooms can be integrated into a hybrid ward layout or delivered as standalone hospital units, requiring only a power supply and a potable mains water connection to become fully operational.

The standalone ward design includes all essential clinical spaces, such as a staff workspace, rest area, WC and changing facilities, and a central nurse base.
